ROAR is a Kingdom leadership platform that brings together leaders from across Oceania who are passionate about seeing people, communities, cities and nations flourish.
We believe leadership is most effective when it is relational, collaborative and focused on serving something greater than ourselves.
ROAR creates opportunities for leaders from church, business, government, education, community development, media, the arts and other spheres of influence to connect, learn from one another, and work together toward meaningful Kingdom impact.

Over the years, ROAR has grown from leadership gatherings and strategic conversations into a growing network of relationships spanning Australia, New Zealand and the nations of the Pacific.
Through leadership summits, training, prayer gatherings, partnerships and collaborative initiatives, ROAR continues to create opportunities for leaders to connect, support one another and contribute to Kingdom transformation across the region.
Our convenors
David and Tina Vaka serve as the primary convenors of ROAR.
With a passion for leadership, unity and nation building, they have spent many years connecting leaders, building relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration across Oceania.
Their heart is to see Kingdom leaders equipped, encouraged and connected so that together they can contribute to the flourishing of people, communities and nations.
